The pair always renders as a pair. An absent market-based figure is an explicit "Not entered" state, never a zero, because zero is a real emissions claim and absence is not. The pathway names the actual surface that fixes it: the market-based figure card this page draws above.
Tile 2 · a disclosed mismatch, drawn on a hypothetical instrument that is not part of Bluefin's data
Spec iii 3.7 and 3.8: match flags are derived facts, and a mismatch is a disclosure, never a refusal. The mismatch chip stays a neutral product chip because it marks a fact to disclose, not an error. None of Bluefin's three real instruments carry a mismatch; this card is hypothetical and exists only to draw the state.
Annotation · not proposed UISpec iii 7.5 · the instruments surface. An instrument is a tenant-entered record of a certificate or contract for purchased energy. The card copy explaining the concept is served under content ID
engine.instruments.concept; the match-chip sentences under engine.instruments.matchFlags. Content IDs appear in annotations only, by design position for this set.Annotation · not proposed UISpec iii 3.7 and 3.8 · server-derived match flags. "Period matches" and "Geography matches" are computed by the server from the instrument's coverage against the cycle's period and the frozen org scope. No user can set or clear them, which is why the cards draw them as chips inside a read-only row, with one explanatory line under the card grid rather than inputs.
Annotation · not proposed UIEntered, not computed. The market-based Scope 2 figure (1,655.00 tCO2e, entered 1 Mar 2026 by Mei Tan) is a tenant claim backed by the three named instruments; the location-based figure stays a computed result of the engine's run. The paired display is the contract: both always render together, and the entered figure never overwrites or replaces the computed one anywhere in the product.
Annotation · not proposed UIThe pending document. The TH wind REC's missing file is the 1 instrument item inside the cycle's 18-item pending worklist drawn on the activity data page. Missing evidence never blocks the figure; the evidence mix is disclosed in the methodology text.
