Fuel factor values, calorific values, and densities display at stored precision as imported; nothing on this page is rounded. Grid, district, and steam rows arrive from their provider already in CO2e, so they carry one value and no per-gas split.

Composed guidance (placeholder): GWP values apply per gas when a figure is computed, using the set the cycle's methodology lock names. They are never re-applied to factor rows already expressed in CO2e, such as the grid, district, and steam rows on the Factor rows tab.

Rates freeze with the edition: a locked cycle keeps converting with these values regardless of later market rates. Updated rates arrive by publishing the next edition, which cycles adopt through a lock replacement.

Search "diesel" with Country: SG · result count and active filters stay visible
Each active condition renders as a removable chip beside the match count, with Clear all after them; the toolbar above keeps showing the same state in its own controls. The table columns, widths, and page layout do not move when filters change; only rows do.

Interaction rules for the factor table.
Clicking a row inserts its detail inline directly below it, pushing later rows down; no overlay, and a second click closes it.
The result count and every active search or filter condition stay visible above the factor table at all times, in the state the filtered variant below draws.
The factor table scrolls internally with a sticky header; the toolbar, result line, and pagination hold their positions under every interaction.

Spec iii 3.2 · immutability and supersession.
Every row in a published edition is frozen; the expanded diesel row's "Replaces" line is the supersession chain made visible, always drawn from the replaced row to its replacement (edition 2025.2 diesel row to this one).
A correction is a new row in a later edition pointing at what it replaces, so lineage from any computed figure back through editions stays walkable.
This browser is read-only by construction: there is nothing here to edit.

Spec iii 2.6 · selection and stand-in disclosure.
The compute engine selects the row matching an entry's carrier, country, and date.
When no home-country row exists, a row whose "Stand-in countries" column lists that country is served instead, and the computed figure carries the disclosure the tenant side renders as "Stand-in factor from another country, disclosed" (spec term
proxyFlag). The tenant lineage view names the row and the disclosure; it does not name this browser or the operator console.
Grid and district rows are never served across countries, which is why the Thailand district cooling gap on the refusals page becomes a refusal rather than a silent stand-in.
Annotation · not proposed UI
Spec iii 3.4 and 3.4a · GWP sets and FX rates are edition members.
The GWP sets and FX rates tabs read the same edition as the factor table: GWP sets are stored at gas-species grain (3.4) and FX rates as dated currency pairs (3.4a); the tab counts (2 sets, 41 pairs) come from the edition record.
Both freeze at publish alongside the 214 factor rows, so a locked cycle's arithmetic is reproducible from the edition's content hash alone.
Per-gas factor values stay per gas until compute time; only the chosen GWP set turns them into CO2e, and rows already expressed in CO2e are never converted twice.

Spec iii 7.6 · placement and access.
Companies pattern: a
system_admin operator surface, cross-tenant, outside tenant navigation; a non-system_admin caller receives the platform's byte-identical unknown-route 404.
Tenants never see this browser; they meet its rows only through computed-figure lineage inside their own cycles.
The "Internal operations" group, the Factor Library item, and its three always-visible sub-items are a menu placement proposal.
The user-facing word "factor edition" maps to the spec term "vintage".
